Description of Service

TripleCheck is an AI-powered compliance review tool for residential real estate brokerages. It reviews transaction documents and surfaces potential compliance issues. TripleCheck does not make corrections, provide legal advice, or take remedial action. A licensed broker must review all findings and take appropriate action.

Purchase and Licensing

TripleCheck is sold as a licensed software product installed on dedicated hardware. The purchase includes hardware, software, and initial configuration. You own the hardware. The software is licensed, not sold. Specific licensing terms are provided in your purchase agreement.

Third-Party Services

TripleCheck requires an active Anthropic API account for AI processing. Anthropic's terms and pricing apply separately. Legion of Lobsters is not responsible for Anthropic's services, pricing changes, or availability.

Limitation of Liability

TripleCheck is a tool to assist with compliance review. It is not a substitute for professional legal advice or a licensed compliance officer. Legion of Lobsters is not liable for any compliance failures, regulatory penalties, or damages arising from reliance on TripleCheck's output. You are solely responsible for all compliance decisions.

No Warranty

TripleCheck is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or accuracy of compliance findings.

Intellectual Property

The TripleCheck name, logo, software, and website content are the property of Legion of Lobsters. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our website or products constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
